Education – "knowledge empowers"

Education aims to provide knowledge about and understanding for the execution of one’s profession. Education means gaining perspectives and concepts about the content of one’s work. Learning from theory lays the ground for professional self-esteem. The learning situation regarding psychology (individual, group and organisation psychology) needs to provide scope both intellectually and emotionally for taking in and embracing knowledge. The educational design is adjusted to what is needed and is useable. For this reason courses are customised to suit the participants’ and organisations’ different needs, conditions and action alternatives.
